I like to think I got my start in technology ripping apart the Tandy 1000 my dad brought into the house, but professionally it was being a Submarine Sonar Technician in the Navy. After some years on the systems and network engineering side I'm now solely focused on cybersecurity with interests in (everything!) policy, process improvement, and making technology accessible.
Outside work I spend a lot of time tinkering on technology (did you know you can make an old Barracuda firewall into a VMWare host?); I'm also active with my local Sports Car Club of America region.
